The ReStore is open five days a week for shopping at our new location, 6241 Jackson Road, Ann Arbor MI. Our inventory is comprised primarily of donations from residents and businesses of new and gently used items from the area. This helps keeps items from ending up in landfills.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards.  Purchases can also be made over the phone with a credit card by calling 734.276.0599.  If you have a quick question, you can text us at that number, as well!

how to shop the restore

Shopping the ReStore is easy! Our friendly and helpful staff and volunteers are ready to help you find whatever you need - from the smallest door hinge to a complete kitchen set. Much of our inventory can be seen daily on our Facebook page. Our inventory changes regularly and often, so there is always something new to see!

making a purchase

Items are available for purchase in store, on Facebook and over the phone with a credit card. We will hold purchased items for up to three days for customers. Items not picked up within those three days will be returned to the sales floor and the customer will receive store credit. We do not issue refunds for items that are not picked up. The ReStore is not responsible for items that are not picked up at the time of purchase. We do not accept deposits or offer layaway.

Veterans and Active Service Military receive a 10 percent discount on purchases!

Please arrive before 5:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday to pick up purchased items.

placing an item on hold

Merchandise may be held for 2 hours only, from the time of the request. Holds cannot be extended past 2 hours. Customers may request one hold per item, per day. All holds end at 5:00 PM. No overnight holds.

return policy

Items can be returned within two weeks of purchase for store credit only. Store credit is good for 90 days. Store credit cannot be used at any other Habitat for Humanity ReStores. Customers must present the original receipt at the time of the return.
